It is good that they're listening.  What's more, even though it's in The Tennessean, that's part of the USA Today group.  So maybe the whole listening-to-defuse-conflict word is getting around.  Sure hope so.

I swear, there are times it seems like "Baofeng" is Cantonese for "hot mess."
