In two of the largest studies to date, exercising 150 minutes a week can still make significant differences in longevity.

It is pretty amazing that a brisk walk for 30 min/day, 5 days/week, can have such a dramatic impact on health. And that amount and intensity have changed very little in twenty years of studys. Exercise is the miracle cure everyone is looking for, and it's essentially free.
