Looking to getting A neck knife for my wife any suggestions

Make sure fixed blades are concealable in your area is the only advice I can offer.  Even small fixed blades are a no go in Komifornia.

Cold Steel Mini Hunter. One of the few massmade tiny knives that proved itself as usable for me.

ESEE IZULA is the only way to go for a neck knife.  Also check out the ESEE warranty (BEST IN THE INDUSTRY).

Well, I like to get a bit more information before making any recommendations.

First, why do you want the knife?  Survival?  Hunting? Self-Defense?  General-Purpose Daily Use? All of the Above?

Second, what is your budget?  There are a number of inexpensive (under $50) knives that will work wonders as long as you understand how to use a knife.
