Simple backwoods spaghetti with fresh tomatoes

 I grew Crim tomatoes which have a lot of flavor. All I did was cut them up and put them in a sauce pan under high heat with the propane stove.  I crush them a little with a fork. within 3 minutes or so it was like sauce. I just Stirfried some onions, meat substitute and some black olives.  Cooked some angel hair pasta with some Parmesan  cheese It was not bad for something that took 10 minutes and nothing from A can
