Title: Muzzleloader Hunting Pics
Post by: Hector500NC on October 08, 2010, 09:07:56 AM
Hello Everybody,

I just came back from a couple of days blackpowder hunting with a friend in North Hampton county NC.  I saw tons of deer, but no shooters within bp range.  My buddy, however took 2 nice 8 pointers and I thought I would share the pics:

Very nice.  Not a stellar year for us, I consider myself blessed to have gotten one doe this year.

My daughter shot 2 does on Thanksgiving morning and that was a blessing.  As for me, the season went by and I did not shoot any deer.  Although I could have, I just let them walk by.  There have been years where I don't shoot anything, but I always wind up with a ton of deer meat :)
