Title: Canned duck
Post by: nimzy88 on September 14, 2012, 02:29:43 AM
I have the basic canned meats, bacon, tuna, and sardines but sometimes I want to switch it up and get classy. That's where canned duck confit comes in or in English duck cooked in its own fat and then canned with said fat mmmmm...

And with a three year shelf life you can't go wrong right? Well besides the insanely high price but hey you don't need to be classy every night lol

Disclaimer: I haven't tried this yet but a friend made the crispy duck wraps and said it was good.

Sounds like a good do-it-yourself project!  Got a recipe?  Got a duck?   ;D
