Title: Tabs that remove air?
Post by: freedomrik on October 21, 2008, 04:08:08 PM
I have heard mention of tabs you can put in your storage containers that will remove the oxygen from the container.

Does anyone know what these are called and where I can purchase them?

They are called oxygen absorbers.
Here's one site that sells them:

Just go a google on 'oxygen absorbers'.

I have also heard that if you go to a Costco, you can ask their pharmacy for the used/left over dessicant they have and they have a ton of it in large containers.

Dessicants are NOT the same thing. Your looking to remove oxygen.
