Title: Thanks for the spam reports
Post by: Mr. Bill on September 18, 2018, 09:19:03 AM
Thank you to all of you who use "report to moderator" to tell us about spam.

The spam flavor-of-the-week is report-writing services, maybe because the school year has just started.  We get quite a variety.  Some of them are obviously bots (and poorly-programmed bots).  Some are more sophisticated -- e.g. a spammer who opens two or three accounts and has an entire conversation with himself that ends with a product or website recommendation.

The moderator staff is grateful for your help in identifying spam, because we don't always read every new post ourselves.  Thanks again.

Yea but, I'm keeping the Barbecue Bacon flavored Spam to myself, no matter how much Red and Carl begs for it.

Yes. Bacon and Barbecue. Don't remember if the 2 flavors are combined though.

I keep eyeballing the cans (Dollar Tree) has an off brand, same size as Spam.
I keep getting the evil eye every time I pick one up for the cart.  :badgarden:

I would think it should make good long term food.
