Title: Detox For Fitness And Life

+1 To all who have posted here, very motivational! I have been an athlete all of my adult life, just turned 52 and bought an elliptical trainer (the older I get I don't like to walk / run) in cold wet winter weather.
One thing I think WE ALL overlook is internal cleansing to get fit. I  recommend a detox plan to get rid of the sludge in the body. I use a cleanse called CleanseSmart to detox and "unconstipate" the body.

First one I did I lost 15 lbs of crap that none of us need in our bodies! No more bloating, gas or heartburn! Awesome. I also drink carrot juice daily, and quit eating lunch sandwiches , burgers etc and replaced them with a shake made from fruits and juices. I feel sooo much better, skin better, vision, breathing etc.

Flexibility is a key for me. I DON'T want to be all hunched over the older I get. It doesn't get quite so painful to exercise when you stretch before and after a workout and IMHO you are less prone to injury.

We have to have a strong "foundation" to get fit and stay that way.Cleansing and flexibility give you that and then you can build on muscle, and endurance to get more out of martial arts and life. I think this is a is a great place to start.
