WOO HOO! just bought a Freeze Dryer!
« on: September 28, 2014, 08:33:14 PM »
Can't wait to get the Freeze dryer! Mine isn't as large as NotAGrasshopper's (it has 12 sq. ft of drying space) We're planning on running Chicken Breasts, pork loin chops and venison tenderloin in the first run. Keep your fingers crossed... Once we have enough of our own food freeze dried I might rent freeze dryer time (to help pay for the machine), but I'm not sure if anyone will be interested in Middle TN; we'll see.
