I just ordered a Big Berky from these guys and a few hours after I had ordered they called and talked to my wife.  It was out of stock.  8(  So they gave me a free upgrade to the Royal Berky!!!!!  How awesome is that?  Great customer service if you ask me.   I cant wait to get it and check it out.

Thanks so much for your positive remarks, if you buy a Big Berkey at 250 dollars, we will upgrade it to a Royal Berkey at no extra charge.

This will end in about 2-3 weeks, and i will announce it on the board when the sale ends.
