SHOOTING AND MISSING- swanson
« on: December 08, 2008, 02:04:45 PM »
A great deal of the time, I have found that shooting has a lot more to do with "missing" than most people think.

In light of this  important note, I offer up a couple of charts that I have collected over time.

One attributed to Louis Awerbuck of Yavapai Firearms and the other attributed to an outfit out of Canada.

Another great resource on the subject is the media DVD from tacticalreponse.com called "Shooting Missology". Anyone interested in learning to hit what they shoot at or wanting to know why they miss should watch this DVD several times...

I don't have the direct links to these resources, but here they are...

Thanks for the plug Swanson but the Shooting Missology video debunks all of those "error targets".

Your video is rock solid.

In review, I recognize the video and the error targets are in conflict.

Trying to present the old (debunked) with the new without giving away the farm.

I do not intend to be misleading on technique and approach and fear I may have.

I will rethink my game and how I present materials such as these.

My apologies to the forum at large.
