Hour of power.

1 set of exercises once per minute.  Alternating 10 push ups, 10 sit-ups.  For 60 minutes.

So 300 each.

OK starting today. Ran 1.5 miles with the beagle (the skinny one, the heavy one, he needs some more walk/run first or it gonna be doggie CPR!), and 3 sets of twenty push-up, 15 dips.

Ran twice this week, just got in from a 1.5 mile run.

Weekend are much easier to get time. Getting there.

Am into week 4 of the 7 weeks to 100 push-ups challenge. Sets with 60 seconds between. For today

Sit-Ups: 2 minutes max reps

Did a team workout yesterday.  As a group of three we had to complete a 5k run, 5k row (rowing machine), and 50 kettle bell "Turkish Get Ups" (a movement that requires you to go from standing with arm straight overhead carrying a kettlebell (like a dumbbell) to laying on the ground with your arm held overhead the whole time - and then reverse and stand back up).  We were supposed to use a 53-pound weight, but chose something lighter since it was a new move for two of us.  No one could be doing the same thing at the same time (i.e. always one running, one rowing, and one lifting).

My share turned out to be 1 mile of the 3, 1,300m of the row, and 17 of the Get-ups.  Took us 26 minutes to complete.  Not bad for a bunch of old guys. ;)
