University Extension Classes and Information
« on: February 04, 2011, 02:41:52 PM »
I went to a UT extension free class last night for a basic presentation of canning, freezing, and drying foods. It was very informative and located at the Agricenter of Memphis. The lady who presented suggested that any of the Universities that have extensions were available with great information. She had a few free books and some that cost some money. It was also worth noting that she encouraged anyone who wanted to contact her to call her and leave a message if she did not answer. Good free resource and they offer classes on top of that (may not be free).

Final Addendum: All the big public universities should have something similar.
