I was thinking based on what Rob Gray said on TSP that the new fractional was going to be a one fifth oz. round. He called it a "paradigm." I saw that as a play on words, "pair of dimes". Just me thinking too much, we will see when the MM fractional comes out.

They're going to be one tenth ounce according to the show.

Good price on the gold fractional 'card'. 28 grams in 1 ounce so 50 grams = 1.7857 oz * 1256.20/oz = $2243.21 and it's going for $2206.62.

Fannie, I think your numbers may be off.  PMs are done in Troy Ounces, so there's about 31.1 grams in a Troy ounce.  At least that's my understanding.

Of course maybe they do it in troy grams.

Then it would be $2019.61 worth of gold? Still not a bad price to have the ability to fractionalize the gold.
