I remember jack saying something about a 2 minute pushup. I think he was talking about instead of a bunch of reps just do one rep in 2 minutes. I have shoulder and elbow problems that i think are from years of reps. Is there any program along this line of thinking. Any input would be helpful. Thanks

Swimming is awesome.

Most exercises like pushups and weightlifting are all about resistance. Swimming allows constant, gentle resistance that can be ceased instantly by simply stopping your motion. Water exercises (walking in lanes, swimming, water weights) is a great, therapeutic way to people to get exercise without overworking joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments.

The water helps keep ya cool, too!
