Beaver tail recipes

Anybody have any ideas on the best way to cook beaver, including the tail? This is new territory for me.
I've seen the village and I don't want it raising my children.

I have some that come from Russel who documented the fir trade era. It will take some time to dig them up so I will get back to you on that.
