What do you do that I might not have thought about?
I have soups I can (without pasta/rice) and chili. I also can chicken. I just canned meatloaf (no bread, crumbs or crackers added)for the first time. I have dehydrated veggies but have not actually canned any.
I have gone back and forth between paleo and not paleo. I have recently experienced some of the worst gastronomic/intestinal issues and given up grains and dairy again. I realize that I just cannot eat these things. I also have given up my beloved Belgian wheat beers for red wine. I like wine so it's not terrible but I do like beer.
I prefer to can meals-ready-to-eat so I am looking for suggestions.
