Silver bullets available for sale (Inert cartridges to be exact)

I find this humorous. It pleases me. If I was buying right now, I might buy some for the fun of it. I don't have time to grab a picture and post it, but they're selling silver in the (almost?) exact dimensions of common ammunition. 45ACP is one troy oz. .308 is 2 troy oz. 9mm is 5/8 troy oz. You get the idea.

I'd like some 12 ga shotgun shells, personally. Yes, they're available at 7 troy oz.

That is super cool!  It could go on the mantle or a shelf in "the man cave".  Also would make good gifts for the right people.

I was at my local coin shop and they had the 45ACP rounds and one of the 20MM in stock, was pretty neat but at this store they were over priced at $34.00 an ounce, looks like NWmint is better...

I know what an ounce of silver feels like in my hand. I know how a round of 45ACP feels in my hand. Even though I can imagine pretty well, I still want to hold a 45ACP made of silver in my hand!

TexDaddy, I have to ask - have you loaded it? I'm sure it would scratch it up and such, but it would be so cool to have some magazines of silver bullets in my stash!

No, I haven't loaded it. Like you said, I wouldn't want to scratch it. The one difference in size I could determine is the rim on the silver bullet seems to be a little bit smaller in diameter that the real ones.
