Well I don't know about you, but I became hooked on the new TV series, Mr Robot when it came out last year.  It's an awesome TV show for those not familiar with it.

http://www.usanetwork.com/mrrobot

Forgetting the personal story-lines of the characters, I think the underlying theme of cyber terrorism is truly worrying and shows individuals, corporations, governments and nations are all very vulnerable to cyber attacks.  It is reported to be technically accurate from a hacking perspective.

SPOILER ALERT

** Now that the cyber attack has occurred and the economy is in free-fall, it will be interesting to see how society deals without everything it relies on today; functional credit cards, money on demand from ATM's etc.  The second concept is the worlds personal debt being wiped clean!!! Wow....How does capitalism survive when all debt is erased.....can modern society function?

It'll all very thought provoking stuff.

Is anyone else out there having their mind blow by this series?

It's a great show. Even my technophobe wife likes it.
