Thanks for all this, SCW.  I'd heard mention of it being brought up Yet Again recently, and was wondering if there was any new material.  Looks like.

ps: If this ever happens, in the aftermath with the new low-low background electromagnetic noise level across the CONUS, you might give QRP another try.  ;D
