Yes I believe there are several the only one that comes to mind right now though is the Ruger 22 that is used by Tom Cruise in the movie Collateral.

Neat.

Silencers are illegal in Canada (yes, seriously). So I wonder if one of those would fly.

If Canadian law is anything like the U.S. then no, they are all considered to be the same thing.

If you ever get down to Tennessee you're welcome to shoot some of mine though.

I've read that a plastic soda bottle will act as a silencer for one, maybe two shots.

The gun laws here are retarded. The only people who can carry handguns are military, police, armored car employees, and occasionally people working around dangerous wildlife -- and criminals of course.

there was some Steven Segal movie where he duct taped an empty 2L bottle to a pistol and used it.

I opted for a Gemtech Outback for my 22s vs an integrated one since I intended on using it on multiple guns.

I will have an integrated 44 built now that Ruger has put the 77/44 bolt rifle back into productio, all I need to do is find one.  John's Guns makes a hell of a unit that drops a subsonic 44 round to the same noise level as a modest air rifle.   You don't think it is even real until you hear a 300g bullet hit the backstop with emphasis.

There is the British Welrod. World War II issue to the SOE.

Silencers are prohibited in Canada as you know.

Integral barreled 22s are out there. I'm only familiar with the Gem-tech Oasis though.
I have an Outback ll, with an Oasis on order.
Also a tacsol Sawtooth pending. That's an integral barrel for the Ruger 10-22.

PAc-Lite makes an integrally suppressed upper for a Ruger MKII pistol.
