Using magnets for secret caches perfect for messages

These are very interesting "hidden in plain sight" type caches.  They can be especially good for passing messages on paper, encrypted thumb drives, etc.

Didn't read the article, just looked at pictures. Using such magnets for hidden drawers is not unknown in woodworking circles. Nevertheless you have shown a different application.  :clap:

I've found plenty of geocaches similar to those. 

For passing messages, a magnetic key safe stuck between a guard rail and the upright post it's attached to would work great.  Lots of urban geocaches like that.
