I've been to her blog, and I'm glad to see her pantry and to put a face with all that writing that she does. I'm also very thankful for the non-psycho camera work and interview that came out of it all. I've seen a lot of these kinds of interviews pop up of late, and some of them still give that old "survivalists are only crazy bearded men in the wilderness with camo and guns" feel to them. Not that I have anything against sexy survivalist men with beards and lots of extra ammo...sigh (lifts foot in the air in preparation for hubby's next kiss).

I can't wait to build my pantry to that amount of food. Great post and I will check her out.
