ground cherry

My mower broke and was unalbe to fix it for 3 weeks. When finaly got to mow and found a ground cherry, haven't planted them in 3 years. anyone exp. this before.

ground cherries are similar to tomatoes. they are very determined to reproduce! lol

Yep, I planted ground cherries last year.  This year I had hundreds pop up in that same garden bed.  Of my 20 beds, 12 of them were in existence last year.  Of those 12, I've had ground cherries show up in about 8 of those beds.
